GCI reserves the right to take actions as may be necessary to prevent misuse of its e-mail system by unauthorized parties.

All quotes generated by this site are estimates based upon the information you provided and are not a contract, binder, or agreement to extend insurance coverage. Any coverage descriptions provided on this site are general descriptions of available coverage and are not a statement of contract. To obtain coverage you must submit an application to GCI. All applications are subject to underwriting approval. Coverage and availability may vary by state, territory, or province; and additional minimum coverage limits may be available in your state. Online Claims Submissions

If you are a GCI customer, you may elect to report an insurance claim online where available. Your submission does not commit GCI to coverage for this loss. Information you submit regarding your insurance policy and the loss is subject to review and verification. GCI reserves the right to request additional information prior to reaching a decision on the claim. A claim representative will be communicating with you regarding your claim. Terms of Services

Cancellations

You may request cancellation of you insurance policy by contacting your GCI Agent or representative

Refunds

All transactions processed on the GCI Payment are eligible for a refund within 3 days of transaction date of payment if the cancellation meets underwriting requirements and does not cause the account to be in arrears. Cancelled payment refunds will be issued to the original credit card or checking account from which payment was made. To request a refund, contact your GCI representative at 1-800-982-5783. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for a refund to be credited.

You can make payments online with GCI with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers.

The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks.

The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

Greenville Casualty Insurance Company (GCI) was chartered in 2001 with our first piece of business being written for the state of South Carolina in July of 2001 as a non-owners policy. Throughout the past decade years GCI has grown significantly and has become a prominent auto insurance carrier for both North and South Carolina with an annual revenue of over $10 million. GCI is a locally owned company that is owned and operated by professionals that have been in the insurance field for over 40 years.
